Don Aguillo is a concept artist and illustrator with years of experience in production design, pre-visualization, and traditional art. He graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Painting and Drawing. He has worked collaboratively with artists such as Brian Jones and Michael A. Joseph as well as commercial gaming clients to design original characters for graphic novels, games, and develop graphic treatments for scripted work. He has had his work shown in visual arts exhibitions on both coasts. He draws from his experiences growing up as the only Pilipino family in a suburb in central Pennsylvania, living and painting in Rome, Italy, working in Houston and now, San Francisco, the regional hub of the Pilipino diaspora. He is a dancer with Parangal Dance Co., and Jay Loyola Dance and a martial arts instructor in Tang Soo Do. He created Parangal’s tribal tattoo design for the world premiere of KALINGA and the Alamat poster series (meaning “Myths or Legends”). Raf Salazar is a Bay Area freelance artist who, by day, focuses his skills on illustration and design, and by night, is perched on rooftops as this city’s ally of justice. He’s worked on a number of games, comics and co-created the long running webcomic ReGrBl with his twin brother Digo. Along with illustrator Don Aguillo, Raf created the Kularts commissioned ‘Clan of Saints Bay’ comic book, and is currently working on a second edition, coming in 2018. When not working, he spends his time daydreaming, procrastinating, and watching too many cartoons for a man his age.
