October 27 - November 18, 2017
MUMU, an otherwise experience.
@ Bindlestiff Studios, 185 6th St. San Francisco
Reservations: mumu-sf.com
The year is 1977, a young immigrant poet in San Francisco is in search for a deeper connection in life. He doesn’t have to look far. By exploring fear, cultural memory, and consciousness, he is able to peel back reality just enough to reveal his truth.
We all have ghosts. A beautiful multisensory, art-theater experience, MUMU is a celebration of death and a meditation of our darker selves, MUMU resurrects the ritual of evocation and explores the textures of fear through a 90-minute interweaving of dance, soundscape, light, and poetry.
A Susmaryosep & Co. and Bindlestiff Studio presentation.
